Sketch single - 20 USD  - per character

Single Character - 40 USD (cell shaded)

Soft shading extra to be negotiated on a per picture basis (example example 2) - typically around 60 USD

Extra character  - 25 USD each (does not include disembodied body parts) cell shaded

Extra soft shaded starts at 35 USD

Backgrounds - start at 10 USD for more detailed stuff.
